This policy explains what the public website and current demonstration workspace collect, how information is used, and the limits of the pilot.

1. Public website enquiries

If you contact AI Automation Enterprises, the information you provide may include your name, work email, company, phone number and the manufacturing challenge you describe. It is used only to respond to your enquiry, evaluate a pilot and maintain relevant business correspondence.

2. Demonstration workspace

The current workspace is a device-local pilot. Uploaded files and saved demonstration registers are processed in your browser and may be retained in that browser's local storage. They are not presented as secure multi-tenant cloud storage. Do not upload confidential production data unless a separate written pilot arrangement and suitable production infrastructure are in place.

3. Cookies and analytics

The current public site does not claim to use advertising cookies or sell personal information. If analytics or additional cookies are introduced, this policy will be updated and any legally required consent will be requested.

4. Retention and deletion

Business enquiries are retained only for legitimate follow-up and business-record purposes. You may request deletion of enquiry information. Device-local workspace data can be removed by clearing the relevant browser site data or starting a new local report.

5. Sharing

Information is not sold. It may be disclosed only to service providers needed to operate the business, when required by law, or under a separately agreed customer pilot arrangement.

6. Security and production pilots

No certification, encryption standard, hosting location or enterprise control is claimed unless it is explicitly documented for the relevant production pilot. Security, access, retention, backup and deletion terms must be agreed before operational company data is stored outside the browser demonstration.
