TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms for the website and pilot workspace.
These terms apply to use of the public website and demonstration workspace. A paid or production pilot requires a separate written agreement defining scope, security, responsibilities and commercial terms.
1. Demonstration status
The customer portal currently demonstrates proposed manufacturing data workflows. It is not represented as an ERP, MES, production system of record or secure multi-tenant cloud service. Sample figures and records are illustrative unless explicitly identified as customer-supplied data.
2. Management responsibility
Dashboards, risk classifications and recommendations support human decision-making. Customers remain responsible for verifying operational facts, approving actions and making production, safety, financial and customer-commitment decisions.
3. Uploaded information
You must have authority to use any information you upload. Do not upload confidential, regulated or personal data to the browser demonstration unless a suitable written pilot arrangement has been agreed. The system must not be used for unlawful material or to violate third-party rights.
4. Data quality and availability
Analysis depends on the completeness and accuracy of supplied data. Unsupported calculations should be shown as not computable. AI Automation Enterprises does not guarantee that every spreadsheet structure, mapping, relationship or risk conclusion will be correct without customer validation.
5. Intellectual property
Customers retain ownership of their source data. AI Automation Enterprises retains ownership of its website, product design, modelling logic, software and documentation, subject to any separate written agreement.
6. No warranty
The public demonstration is provided for evaluation and may change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular production purpose.
7. Production pilots
Scope, fees, service levels, confidentiality, hosting, access controls, retention, backups, support, liability and termination must be defined in a separate written pilot or customer agreement before operational deployment.
8. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Questions can be submitted through the contact details on the main website.
